Urban Nomad takes great care in crafting detailed product descriptions for our coastal-urban transition wear. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Product sizes and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for unavailable items.

Special Collections

Our unique collections including the Chris Miyashiro Collection, Jack Soren Collection, Creators Collection, and Eco Collection are produced in limited quantities. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including:

Shipping Methods

Urban Nomad offers two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Urban Nomad are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unworn condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Free from any odors, stains, or damage
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hats & Beanies (due to close head contact)
• Knit Tees with visible signs of wear
• Swimwear and Boardshorts if the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with
• Items from Eco Collection and Eco-Lastics that show signs of use
• Any personalized or custom items from our Creators Collection

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days to inspect returned items
• Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days after approval
• Funds Availability: 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
