Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your Urban Nomad gear fits your adventurous lifestyle perfectly.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any odors, stains, or damage
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hats & Beanies (due to close head contact)
- Knit Tees with visible signs of wear
- Swimwear and Boardshorts if the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with
- Items from Eco Collection and Eco-Lastics that show signs of use
- Any personalized or custom items from our Creators Collection

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and address
- Any additional instructions specific to your return
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- All items in original condition
- Original tags and packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Return authorization number clearly visible on the package
Step 4: Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

- Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days after approval
- Funds Availability: 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
